This one of waste handling on Aksa Living. On this material, we collaboration with Boolet which is one of environment care startup. Boolet collect millions used bamboo chopsticks and skewers from some store who use its for their business.

Boolet handle it and make them to be a new bamboo panel that contains from thousands used chopsticks or skewers. With this panel, Aksa Living can make anything and make this be a new things.

Not only small thing such as tray, coaster, tisue box, tent card, keys, etc. We also make some big products from this material such as cafe table, meeting desk, coffee table, wall lamp, wall decor, wall mirror, etc.

FURNITURE WITH UPCYCLED MATERIAL

Recycled material from skewers and chopsticks also can used for some furniture products. Some furniture have area tha can made from upcycled skewers or chopsticks such as dinning table, coffee table, side table, bench, mirror frame, lamp stand, console, meeting desk, and some another items. This material can used on top of furniture combined with plywood or used on some body area with good construction.
Finishing of this furniture also have some choice. We can use simple finishing like natural waterbase or teak oil. Some premium finishing also can applicated on this furniture like bleaching, PU, solid color, and another finishing. Its can combined with solid wood or another material like stainless steel, rattan, acrylic, etc.
